Philippine Undergraduate Research on eHealth Awards (PUReHealth Awards) launched

The National Telehealth Center, University of the Philippine-Manila recently launched the Philippine Undergraduate Research on eHealth Awards (PUReHealth Awards), a research competition open to all college undergraduate students in their final year of school.

PUReHealth Awards is a one and a half year long research competition that aims to build capacities on eHealth among different academic disciplines; generate eHealth research in the Philippines; encourage development of eHealth applications; and establish a community of eHealth researchers and practitioners.

Any eHealth research project of college undergraduate students is qualified to be entered into the competition. eHealth is broadly defined as use of information and communication technology for health.
